Thought
Seeking God first in EVERYTHING yields results that can't be calculated (Matthew 6:33). In our finances, in our decisions, in our plans, in everything . . . we should put God first. This shows that we trust and value His direction (Proverbs 3:5-6). The blessings of God are not only spiritual, but material (and physical) as well. When we submit fully to Him, He exponentially blesses us (Luke 6:38). I can use an exponential blessing today! How about you?
Prayer
Most Gracious and Heavenly Father, thank you for everything that you've blessed me with over the years. I'm sorry for not always being as generous to you as you are to me. I want to be an example of your favor wholly and completely. I commit to giving you the best of me: mind, body and soul. I commit to giving you the best of my increase as well. In Jesus Name, Amen.
