Thought
How strong is your faith? As our faith in Christ grows, so does our trust and our hope. The more confident we are in what we believe (1 Peter 3:15-16), the more we will be willing to share our beliefs with someone else. The more we are willing to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:19-20), the more opportunities we will have to grow the church. It's just that simple. Our faith not only helps us to grow, but helps to grow the church as well. How strong is your faith?
Prayer
Most Gracious and Heavenly Father, help me to do my part to spread your good news. Help me not to wither under the storms of life. Forgive me when I've been selfish with, or ashamed of, or not willing to share your good news. You are the answer to every one of the world's problems and issues. Empower and embolden me to be the light that you've called me to be so that you will be glorified and the church might be edified. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
