2023 Theme

Praise Center Church Of God In Christ
Theme for the year of 2023 A. D.

According to the Bible, the number seven (7) often symbolizes fullness, completeness, or perfection. During 2022, God has blessed us to lease a 5,000 square foot building; launch new ministry initiatives; move into new houses; and so much more. Results for the years of labor and toil came through in THE YEAR OF DUE SEASON because we didn’t faint during the days of adversity. We continued to remain committed in 2022 to the ministry principles of prayer, praise and the Word of God!

As we enter into year eight (8) of ministry, we can truly say that we are blessed as God has been faithful to us, continues to position us for greatness in ministry, and continues to “add to the church daily as such should be saved.” With the Lord on our side, our focus and theme for 2023 will be …

Psalm 75:6, 7

6 For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. 
7 But God is the judge: He putteth down one, and setteth up another.

Psalm 32.:8

8 I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.

1 Corinthians 2:9

9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

Isaiah 43:18, 19

18 Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old.
19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.

For Praise Center, eight represents MOVING INTO MY NEXT. It will be the year for next levels, new beginnings, fresh starts, and more. According to BibleStudy.org, eight:

• Represents a new beginning, meaning a new order or creation, and man’s true “born again” event.
• Symbolizes circumcision of the heart through Christ and receiving the Holy Spirit.

I can truly say that we’ve been blessed during the completion of seven years of ministry, but I believe that the best is yet to come. We continue to expect God to 1) be with us, 2) strengthen us, 3) guide/lead us, and 4) blow our minds. We encourage you to join as we MOVE INTO MY NEXT in 2023. We WILL Empower Believers. We WILL Change Lives. We WILL be the Place Where Praise Evolves. It’s time for the next level in ministry!
