It is with great pleasure that Praise Center Church welcomes you to our 8th Annual Pastoral Anniversary as we celebrate our pastor for eight years of ministry and favor on October 8, 202 2and October 9, 2022. Our theme for this celebration is “God’s Appointed Watchman” from Habakkuk 2:1-3; Matthew 24:44-47.
Almost eight years ago, God impressed upon the heart of Elder Eugene C. McCown, Jr. to launch out and plant Praise Center Church. In these eight years, God has blessed Praise Center to be a community church, where we’re feeding the hungry and ministering to the lost. We are on the move for God doing a great work in the Town of Dumfries, Virginia! As God continues to provide, we expect to do even greater things to the glory of God.
Now is the time to say to this faithful servant, “keep the faith,” “move forward,” “congratulations,” and to show your appreciation and love for a leader that serves with excellence in the Local, District, Jurisdictional, and National levels of the Church Of God In Christ. All are welcome to join us!

He serves as the Assistant Superintendent of the Virginia Beach District in the Historic Virginia First Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction. St. Stephens Church Of God In Christ is located in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
